How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 4-5 working days to process your order. If you need to rush an order, please add the item “rush my order” to your basket to receive it in 2-3 days. You may also specify the delivery date preference in additional comments - please note we will do our best to accomodate but can make no guarantees.

Are your treats homemade?

Yes! Our treats are entirely baked to order to ensure freshness. 

What is the shelf life of your treats?

Since they are made without preservatives or added nasties, they do have a shorter life than manufactured treats. If stored properly (sealed, refrigerated or frozen) treats can last up to six months.
